Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unopened and unused

• Be in its original packaging and condition

• Be returned within 30 days of purchase

Items that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as BESTIE ESTI is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow your financial institution additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
